We are pulling out all the stops for our Scotch lovers with this exploration of one of our favorite distilleries, Highland Park! We are hosting one of our favorite distilleries for a special pop-up at Kelnero! Come taste some of Edmonds’ very own Scratch Distillery’s newest spirits, original favorites, and cocktail specials. Scratch Distillers will be on site to answer questions and talk story about some of our favorite juice.

Scratch Distillery opened in 2015 with the mission of creating gin from scratch with premium, locally-sourced, sustainably made ingredients. Distiller Kim Karrick has steadily expanded the distillery’s offerings alongside husband Bryan, and now offers a range of spirits including whiskey, rum, and liqueurs, all made with the same care and ethical backbone as the very first batch. Come meet these incredible humans, and taste the spirits they have poured their hearts into for a decade.

There are few things more summery than a frosty, crisp margarita, so to celebrate the sunniest month of the year we decided to take a wander through the wonderful world of agave with a tasting of some of our favorite aged expressions. We will start off with (obviously) a margarita, then taste G4 Reposado, Fortaleza Reposado, Tears of Llorona Extra Anejo, Código 1530 Anejo, and 123 Diablito Extra Anejo.
