Mezcal Tasting
Mezcal is what we all want to drink, so let's get together and learn more about it ... while we drink some! Start off with a "Reverse" Oaxaca Old Fashioned, then dive into Creyente, Bozal Chino Verde, Yuu Baal Pechuga & Fruits, El Buho Mango, and finish with the life altering Mocel Ensamble. Guided tasting and light food pairing will be provided.

Exploration of Cane
As the weather gradually creeps towards sunny and warm, we start to get the rum bug! Join us to explore a loosely defined exploration of this category, and expand your knowledge and palate in time for summer. We'll kick off with a classic daiquiri then taste Dr. Bird, Kiyomi, Ávua Tapinhoa cachaça, Trois Rivières TRSR (Special Reserve) Rhum Vieux Agricole, and Kirk & Sweeney XO. We're getting festive this holiday season and busting out some of our fanciest bourbons! Settle in with a Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned then dive tastebuds first into Little Book 25, Michter's Toasted Barrel Sour, Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend, Heaven Hill 19, and Willet Single Barrel Bourbon 12 year old the "Last Juice," one of only 130 bottles produced. Highland Park Tasting
We are pulling out all the stops for our Scotch lovers with this exploration of one of our favorite distilleries, Highland Park! Join us and Brand Ambassador Jamie Buckman as we learn about and savor the delicate flavors of this Orkney Island whiskey. We will start with an Orkney Old Fashioned, then sip on Highland Park's 12 year, 15 year, 18 year, 21 year, and top it off with the crown jewel 25 year. Additional tastes of the Cask Strength and the exceptionally rare The Dark 17 year will be available for purchase at a heavily discounted price to all tasting participants. Light food pairing will be provided, and we will share as much information as we can possibly squeeze into our time.
